# Interactyx and Traliant Announce Partnership To Deliver Training via TOPYX LMS

by [Debbie Williams](https://www.topyx.com/lms-blog/author/debbie-williams) on April 27, 2017

BONITA SPRINGS, FL – Interactyx, the developer of[TOPYX®](https://topyx.com/), a leading learning management system (LMS), and [Traliant](http://www.traliant.com.), an innovator in online compliance training, today announced a partnership to integrate workplace discrimination and harassment training into the TOPYX learning management platform.

Under the agreement, TOPYX clients can now benefit from a tightly integrated solution that combines the award-winning [TOPYX LMS](https://topyx.com/) with Traliant’s Preventing Discrimination and Harassment Training Suite.

The combined solution is available today through Interactyx or through their reseller channel.

“We are excited for the opportunity to work with Traliant and bring their fresh eLearning content to our clients,” said Alfred R. Novas, Chief Executive Officer of Interactyx. “This partnership enables our clients to leverage our full-featured LMS to seamlessly and cost effectively deploy Traliant’s compliance training designed for today’s modern workforce.”

“With our complementary expertise, this partnership represents what clients want – an easy-to-use, customizable LMS and compliance training solution that puts them in control,” said Mike Pallatta, Traliant’s Chief Executive Officer. “Together, Interactyx and Traliant are providing cutting edge technology and learning content to help organizations meet and exceed their compliance training objectives.”

TOPYX is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) online learning platform that engages learners by providing a collaborative learning environment for growing businesses, associations, nonprofit organizations and eCommerce needs of any size throughout the world.

Traliant’s Preventing Discrimination & Harassment Training Suite features episode-based videos that actively engage learners to make decisions in real-world situations. The suite focuses on changing behavior rather than memorizing rules and laws and consists of a 30-minute employee version, a 60-minute manager's version, and a two-hour course for managers in California (AB 1825, AB 2053) and Connecticut, which covers the mandated two-hour training requirement. Traliant’s Code of Conduct Training Suite is scheduled for release in May.
