Explain the ‘no user fees’ of TOPYX LMS.

Whether you have 500 or five million users, TOPYX costs the same. There are no per user/seat/license fees at all.

This will allow TOPYX to grow with your expanding learning and training needs, without making your expenses grow. When paying per user, the total cost of ownership (including the time spent managing access) skyrockets. Do the math on the total cost of an LMS before deciding what learning management system to go with.

 


 

How long does TOPYX take to implement?

You can have your own TOPYX LMS instance up and running in just a few weeks. This depends on your response times and customization needs. We are in this together.

Remember, we do not charge any additional fees for implementation (unlike other LMS providers).

 


 

Do I have to put TOPYX on my own servers?

No. TOPYX is a fully hosted, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering

We will host the entire learning environment for you so you will not increase your IT burden. There are no additional costs for bandwidth when using TOPYX.

 


 

Can an LMS look and feel like my brand?

Yes.

As part of your TOPYX subscription, implementation and branding are included.

We will take your logos, colors, and key messaging and build your unique TOPYX LMS instance to look and feel like an extension of your brand.

 


 

Will my content work correctly on TOPYX?

While it is always best to test, we can confidently assume that there will be no problem with your content on TOPYX.

TOPYX was built to accommodate most forms of file formats, xAPI (Tin Can) and is SCORM certified. Not all LMSs are SCORM certified. Learn more about what that means.

When you request a demo, we can run a test with your content to verify that all will work as expected.

 


 

Do you offer a content library?

Yes. Download our TOPYX course list.

You  may choose our course offerings, however TOPYX is designed to be content agnostic to handle any content so you are not locked into unnecessary content bundles. With this flexibility we can support documents, audio, video, SCORM, xAPI and LTI – from you or other third party vendors.

 


 

Is eCommerce a possibility?

You have valuable content to sell. We have an eCommerce engine built into TOPYX that can help. Let’s talk about how you can get started.

 


 

Can TOPYX integrate to my other resources?

Yes.

TOPYX can integrate FTP, FTPS, API, Single-sign on (including SAML identity and service provider), Salesforce integration and more.

Is TOPYX available in multiple languages?

Yes, 17 languages are currently available. All language packs are an additional fee.

 


 

What if I need help getting everything ready for use?

Don’t worry about it.  We are with you every step of the way.

We will provide training for your team before your training site is live. There is a comprehensive User Guide available. Also, our client support team will continue to assist with any questions you may have throughout your relationship with TOPYX.
